在兒科外科手術(shù)、腦瘤分子生物學(xué)、癲癇手術(shù)和外科手術(shù)教育雜志上發(fā)表了逾500篇文章。
Rutka 教授畢業(yè)于普林斯頓大學(xué)(1975-1977年)和女王大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院(1977-1981年)。1992年進(jìn)入多倫多大學(xué)神經(jīng)外科培訓(xùn)班。他的訓(xùn)練包括在舊金山加利福尼亞大學(xué)的腦腫瘤研究中心的獎學(xué)金項(xiàng)目,同時獲得了實(shí)驗(yàn)病理學(xué)的博士學(xué)位(1984-1987年)。
1989年,Rutka 教授在名古屋大學(xué)的 Kenichiro Sugita 博士下完成血管神經(jīng)外科顯微手術(shù)的獎學(xué)金研究,之后在東京順天堂大學(xué)完成博士后分子免疫學(xué)的獎學(xué)金研究(1990年)。
